NOTES
Free shipping thresholds apply to the order value net of any discounts.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the
destination.
We are committed every day to ensuring the full satisfaction of our customers.
If for any reason you wish to return a product, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return request:
- fill out the contact form in the Support section of the website, or
- write directly to help@betbrothers.it;
- attach photos of the product and a detailed description of the reason for the return, so that we can make an initial assessment of the case.
Returns for personal reasons:
- They are accepted if the product is intact, in its original packaging, and complete with all components of the package;
- Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer;
- After receiving and verifying the item, we will proceed with a refund (partial or full) if the product is compliant.
Returns for damaged or non-compliant product:
- If the product has a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival, the return shipping costs will be at our expense;
- After verification, a full refund will be issued or, if preferred, a replacement of the item.
Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery cannot be accepted. For reasons of hygiene and food safety, products showing signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
Refunds are provided in cases where a manufacturing defect, malfunction, or product non-conformity due to our production is found.
You can also request a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, only if the item is as good as new, never used, and complete with its original packaging.
To request a refund, please contact our customer service on the support page or directly at web@betbrothers.it, attaching photos and/or descriptions that document the problem. After the necessary checks, we will provide you with instructions on the refund process and timeline.
All our products are Nickel Free, with the exception of those made of stainless steel, such as the SilverPlus collection, the ChefGrill BBQ grill, the Mixing Bowls and the Diuttidì cutlery.
High-quality AISI 304 stainless steel naturally contains a percentage of nickel: this element, in fact, is what gives the material corrosion resistance, durability, and brilliance.
However, there are exceptions:
- The SilverPlus frying pan with Excalibur honeycomb coating;
- The entire Excalibur stainless steel collection.
This is possible thanks to the Excalibur non-stick honeycomb coating, which completely eliminates direct contact with nickel.
All other iron, copper or aluminum collections are completely Nickel Free. So you can safely purchase all products from the following collections:
- NeroSteel (iron);
- BeSteel (iron),
- DiamondTin (copper);
- BeWood (olive wood);
- MarmoPlus (aluminum).
