Le radici della famiglia Bet affondano nel XIX secolo, quando Giovanni Bet avviò la propria attività commerciale nel settore della coltelleria in Sud America. L'esperienza maturata all'estero rappresentò il punto di partenza di un percorso destinato a consolidarsi in Italia e a diventare un punto di riferimento per professionisti, appassionati e collezionisti.
Dalla Tradizione alla Specializzazione
All'inizio del '900, Giovanni Bet rientrò in Italia e fondò una storica attività commerciale a Genova, contribuendo alla diffusione della cultura della coltelleria e degli strumenti da taglio di qualità.

How to Purchase
Purchasing on FB Kitchenware is simple: add products to your cart, complete the checkout, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.
We reserve the right not to accept incomplete orders, incorrectly filled out orders, or orders for which payment verification has not been possible.
Prices and Availability
All prices are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Product availability is constantly updated; however, in rare cases, discrepancies between the warehouse and the website may occur. If a product is unavailable after purchase, our customer service will contact you promptly.
Shipping and Deliveries
Shipments are made via FedEx in Italy and to countries served by the courier.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and time of year. Any delays due to the courier, weather conditions, or causes beyond our control are not attributable to BetBrothers Srl.
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor your shipment.
Payment Methods
We accept the payment methods indicated during checkout, including credit cards, PayPal, and other systems available on the site.
The amount is authorized or charged upon order confirmation.
Right of Withdrawal
If you have purchased as a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 30 days of receiving the order.
Products must be returned intact, unused, complete with original packaging, and in suitable conditions for resale.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors attributable to BetBrothers.
Damaged or Non-Compliant Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or different product from the one ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, attaching photographs and your order number.
After appropriate checks, we will, at our discretion, replace the product or issue a refund.
Legal Guarantee
All products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by current legislation (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
In the presence of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to the remedies provided by law.
